Big Bad Wolf

Miles saw one episode of wonder pets on tv about the big bad wolf and couldn't stop talking about it. Now he pretends all the time that he is the wolf and blows our house down.

Another Day

Today was another day. We ran some errands and after nap you had a great surprise! Daddy was home! You ran downstairs to see him and found the tools out in the garage. You joined in the fun. Nothing like a bit of dirt and grease.

A New Park

This park is close to Daddy's office. It has an awesome water feature. Why haven't we been here sooner? Had a picnic with friends and Daddy was able to make a guest appearance. We will be back soon.

Zoo

Today they opened the zoo early to members. We were excited to beat the heat and visit the zoo as a family. It has been a while!
Yesterday Miles was prepared for the zoo. We visited our old daycare provider and he picked up a Zebra and shocked me. Who taught this kid zebra?

Piggy Bank

So you are obsessed with change. You go into my car and find my spare change for the meters and run from the car all teh way up 3 flights of stairs to put it in your bank. It is so full that I had to empty it. It will fill up again soon I am sure.

He really does love Corn

So I posted some pictures. Well i finally have the video. This kid loves corn. I crack up because when he likes something he is eating he does the same thing everytime.

A whole lotta nothing

Feeling better but not 100% we have been doing a whole lotta nothing. I keep trying to take you places and you aren't a fan. I won't push it.

I have to say I am glad to see you eating again. Even if it is only bananas and peanut butter.

We have a book we have been reading about "counting in the desert" there are coyotes mentioned. You do a nice impression.

Sunny Tuesday

The June gloom finally broke today and we enjoyed it! Swimming today and playing in the water were on the list. Miles figured out the hose today and I figure every time we go outside I am going to get SOAKED. He took a spill on our evening walk so we will see how his face shapes up in the a.m. The picture below is really red, it isn't that bad in real life.

Spoon

Dinner on the patio is a must in summer. You ate your yogurt like a big boy with your spoon like a pro. You fell on the playground today and cut up your nose. Looks like you got in a fight. You should see the other guy. Little video at the bottom as well.

I caught this on tape once you started turning circles for fun.  You do it all the time now. Dancing not so much.  You kinda just run in place. It makes me giggle still.

When we went from the bottle to the sippy Miles started to sing the milk son. He doesn't do it as much. I am glad I caught it before it was gone!
