Summer

Gymnastics and water play on a hot afternoon

Pirate book!

This shot is at 6 a.m. in our bed. Miles is watching a tv show on our ipad and Evan is snuggling with him.

That day we went to the library for the first time. I can't believe it has taken me this long to get the kid there but he enjoyed it so we will be going again. Checked out 4 books. One HAD to be a pirate book. He was so excited that he found it himself. He dove into the book in the car reading it to me. We took it to the park and read it on a bench. From there he played, ran and climbed all over the playground till it was time to go to school. This boy can now tackle any part of the playground. It is so refreshing to know that I can let him run around without worry he is going to attempt something beyond his still level. Below is a shot of the playground climbing structure that he has mastered. Up and down, left and right my monkey can handle it all.

Updates needed!

I need to update your site with some serious photos. With a 3 week old and your busy little self I have been keeping busy. I have photos to go through and post. Here are some from your last day as an only child.  We took you to the park after nap and ran around giggling.  Later the next day you earned the title of Big Brother.
