Naked Baby!

Today I let you go for one minute without your diaper crawling around on the floor. You were so wiggly and adamant about not having one on. I gave in.

I regretted it no less than one minute later when you peed on the carpet. Lesson learned.

I laughed the whole time I cleaned it up.


When in doubt, you can blame it on Roscoe and I will most likely believe you. But not when I catch you in the act!

8 MONTHS OLD!

Miles,

you are now 8 months old. You are starting to feed yourself. You have almost cut your second tooth and are moving faster than ever.

Curious, curious, curious beyond belief. You are going through a "Mommy Obsessed" period and it makes it really hard to get ready in the morning but I can't help but pick you up.

You are smiling and laughing so much more these days. You are cruising around the house almost walking. You love the pool and the swings... every day is an adventure for you. You have tons of camping trips ahead of you as well as your first international flight coming up this summer.

Great Monkey Escape

Miles broke out monkey yesterday. He climbed up on his crib and pulled the little man free. Leave no man behind.

It was really cute. Normally we leave monkey in the crib for nap time but Miles had other plans. I think they are quite a duo.

I am obsessed lately with Miles feet. They are hard to take pictures of because he is constantly pulling himself up on everything. I continue to try.

Moving the Crib Down Again

I think my mom jinxed me. She asked me the other day if Miles has stood up in his crib. Well as of today the answer is YES....

Moving the crib down this weekend is on Evan's honeydo list.

I snapped a few photos of course.






After I got Miles out of the crib, I found the jackpot of pacifiers. 5... I think Miles was storing up for winter.

First Camping Trip

We went for a quick weekend trip in the RV. Miles first! There will be many more to come.

It's Wednesday and he took a great nap. That is my excuse for more pictures. I have to work on finding better light in the house. That will be my next excuse for pictures.

Stripped him down and gave him one of the teething buscuits. He loved it. Mommy loved finding cookie in his armpits when washing him later that night.
