LAZY Monday

Today was a lazy Monday.
Miles is not feeling the best and Evan is exhausted. So we took it easy.

Even the pups crashed out. Roscoe was in heaven. My little Ewok! You probably forgot we even had dogs. I swear I will post more pictures of them!

Went swimming for a few minutes. Miles was zoning out watching the other kids in the pool

I know this picture is blown out and out of focus but I still love it.

Haircut

Evan has wanted to cut Miles hair for a while. I just gave in.

Teething Biscuits

I made some teething biscuits the other night for Miles.

They were super easy to make and so far he loves them and they last longer than others he has tried. Always messy though.

Recipe

1 1/2 cups unbleached flour
1/2 cup of whole wheat flour
1/2 cup maple syrup
3 tablespoons applesauce

mix ingredients and then kneed for 3 minutes. roll out and cut into circles. Bake at 300 degrees for 35 minutes or until they barely brown.

let them cool on the sheet and leave them out overnight to harder a bit more.

High Chair

Miles has moved to his high chair. We are working up to 3 meals a day.
Little man is eating some mangoes and yogurt for breakfast and giving me the normal punk face.

God I love him!

He knows it is a holiday

Little man slept till 10 am!!!!!

Sunday swing

I'll get my own toys daddy

First plane flight!!

Lounging on the plane

Peek-a-boo with mommy

Change so quick

I knew this was coming. I am just surprised how quickly it happened.

I went in this morning to get my little man up for the day. He was kneeling and holding the side of the crib. His little hands gripping so tight. He had a huge smile on his face. "Look what I can do Mommy"

I was thankful he was wearing a sleep sack so he really couldn't get on his feet.

This afternoon Evan busted out the tools and lowered the crib to the next setting.

Guess it is time to take another look around the house and baby proof a bit more.
