Hiccups & Tripping

The past few days I have finally been able to feel Miles hiccups. Now he just wont' stop! I would say roughly 3 times a day he goes into these fits. I was surprised that Evan was able to feel the little guy hiccuping too..

Now the tripping... I seem to have a thing for tripping UP the stairs. Lately I do it once a day. Not so much fun when you are trying to protect your stomach. They aren't bad but my toes are taking a beating. I think this extra weight up front has thrown me off a bit!

31 Week Belly

Time is FLYING! I can only imagine how fast it will go once Miles is here. The Shower is this weekend. Excited to have all my friends and family together!

Today we went back to take another shot at the 4D and see if Miles would cooperate a bit more.

Yes and No... here is a low quality image from today. Will have better stuff tonight as I am picking up the CD/DVD after work.

4D

Today we had our 4D ultrasound.

We went out to lunch and then hit up the Sonogram place.

Miles wasn't having any of it. That little guy was turning his head away from us and placing his hands in front of his face CONSTANTLY.

It was amazing to see him on the big screen again. We have scheduled another visit next week because what we got wasn't great. Fingers crossed next time.

Here are 2 shots we got that are "okay" but his nose is smooshed against the placenta so it is a tad distorted.

He moved around constantly. Opening his eyes a bit, sucking on his fingers and sticking out his tongue. He was also yawing and .... then he was out for the count, fast asleep. better luck next time.

So amazing photographers Genevieve and James Nisly captured every minute of Steph and Chris's wedding. They set up a "photo" booth and snagged this picture of Evan and I.

My Tortured Nose

Yes this is a photo straight up my nose... but this is the passage to my personal hell. For the last 4 months my sense of smell has been OFF THE CHARTS. I am just here to say

1. I can't take it anymore
2. This better go away after Miles is born or I won't be able to handle diaper duty.

Seriously, nothing smells clean enough when I am around... I can smell a new air freshener from a mile away and at the office, I can tell if the downstairs bathroom door has been left open even though I am upstairs in the loft.

I guess this goes against my previous post about complaining :) but trust me... if I could so something about it, I would. Just ask Evan, I am driving him nuts with my constant cleaning.

Inspiration for the day

So walked in the office this am and saw one of Evan's books open to an eye catching design.

Thought I would share. It is a little something that will make everyones life a bit happier.

Pregnancy Brain is Contagious

So we got up early, drove an hour and a half and did not get lost.
Arrived at the race only to realize we DID NOT have our tickets.

I think pregnancy brain is contagious.

At least it wasn't me this time.

29 weeks

Yeah so I can't seem to keep track of where I am week wise. I thought today was 28... but nope it is 29~

Miles has been upgraded to a squash. way to go little guy.

An hour early

So I did it again.... Got our flight times mixed up. This time I blame
pregnancy brain. We are here an hour earlier than we need to be. So
breakfast at the airport restaurant it is. At least our cab was on
time this trip and security was a breeze. Evan isn't thrilled as he is
not the most chipper morning person. I am happy for the iPhone Jirbo
game that will keep us busy till boarding.

Moving on from Cherrios

Moving on from Cherrios and into another carb... waffles. Yeah, this has been breakfast and dinner for a while now. I just toast them and eat them straight... no messing with the syrup. Sometimes that is all that I can deal with.

Miles is a Batman Fan

Tonight we went to go see Dark Knight. This little guy moved the entire time delivering some swift kicks that even I was surprised with. Either way... I think he enjoyed himself.

Third Tri

So today we are in the final trimester! The first two flew by.

For the past few weeks Miles has been the size of an eggplant... next week we move to a squash.

More Closet Pictures

Closet is DONE! now to get rid of the nasty blue carpet.... :)

Mommy prepping the closet

Tonight we picked up the closet from the container store. The nice guy
at the store gave us a demo on how to install it and made it look so
simple, so we ran home to install the system.

Although it was not as easy as he made it look we still got it done in
a couple hours. Since we got it done so quick we decided to fill it up!
