Swim Class!

Videos to come! they are amazing and I was so proud of my crying boy.

You started your first real swim lessons this past weekend. I was amazed at what you did but I know it was hard for you. You went under, swam solo and dove to the bottom of the pool assisted. It is amazing. I just want to make sure that if you ever fall in a pool you can get to the side and pull yourself out. This class should make sure of that. We will see how this weekend goes. YOu have been telling me this week that you don't want to go to class. I hope you change your mind. You actually asked to go swimming after nap on the second day of class. I thought that was a good sign.

New favorite past time

Your new favorite past time is helping me with the dishes. It really just entails you getting water everywhere and brushing your hair with my scrubber. Either way I love having you in the kitchen and I look at it like my floors get a good mopping out of it so why not!

You got an awesome doctor kit from Grandma and Grandpa. New favorite toy.  You take your temp with the thermometer yesterday and look at it and say "Oh I am out of batteries, that is why i got sick"

also...  I caught you standing up trying to get it in pee in the potty. "Mommy, It looks like rain!"

4th of July and Foggy Naps

4th of July and a foggy nap. We relaxed at home and swam with friends. We have been keeping it low key as Daddy works a lot of hours so we want to spend our quality time relaxing. You crashed the next day and had a really hard time getting up from nap.
