Sunday Play

we tried to be quiet this morning and let daddy sleep. We threw some toys out on the floor and played for an hour.

Ready to Eat

I feel like Miles is ready to eat. When he gets the hiccups or an upset tummy we give the little one gripe water. He has always liked it but now he is very physical when the bottle comes out.

Rolling Over

Miles now rolls over like a pro. Getting back on his back is another story. Little guy gets frustrated trying but I know one day he will get it and then he will start moving lighting fast.

He is so proud when he rolls over and gets his chubby little arm out from under his body. He will do this all day. Between rolling and bouncing he is on the move.

Warm Water Accidents

So Miles pees when he gets in the warm tub water 50% of the time. It sucks. We have to empty his little tub and start over again. Who wants to take a bath in their own pee anyway?

So Evan tried a technique, dunk in miles feet and see if that sets him off. It did and Dad underestimated how far Miles can shoot and it ended up on Dad's shirt. I bet he wished he had to empty out the tub water at that point.

lesson learned

Last Weekend

We went to Grandma DeHavens to give her a birthday present. Better late than never! Miles of course went in the bouncy and gave Daddy the biggest smile!

Miles bounced so much his hair stood on end. Actually, it does this sometimes. He has his own style, what can we say.

From there we went to Uncle Darrow's Craw fish boil. But the craw fish were late to the party so we didn't get any grub. Miles chilled with Sophie for a while and enjoyed the music.

Once he felt it was safe to flex his muscles, Miles ventured out of the car seat and showed the ladies how he rolls.
