Friday

Today started with breakfast out with Daddy and I. Once we got back we found the garbage truck in our complex and Miles jumped on his bike and chased it around.

Later we went to a mommy meeting and hit up the office for a little visit. Miles is a charmer and made sure to hand out hugs before we left. A late nap today but you were ready to go when you woke up. So we ran an errand and then got ICE CREAM and watched the boats. The fog was rolling in and you were running around having a blast. We came home relaxed for a few and then you crawled into bed happy as can be.

My Boys... again

23 months

oh how I have been loving time with your cute butt lately. So much that the  blog has fell to the side for a few weeks.

You talk so much. The things you say are giving me such insight into your view of the world. I love it.  Currently we are getting ready for a family vacation and can't wait for you to enjoy all the time with both parents within arms reach constantly.

Your world is going to change when we get back. You will start a preschool for a few hours a week. I am sure you will love it and can't wait for you to have all the new experiences.


More on that later.

For now, I spent the afternoon with you laughing so hard at the duck hand puppet eating all your little people and spitting them out.  Before bed you preceded to read a book to me and pointed out every car, airplane and moon you saw.  You love to say "What's Up" and "Peace Out!"  you are working on "Love you" and you also try to sign it. Most of the time you say "Miss You" but I know what you really mean.

You repeat everything we say now. It is just too cute!

Buzz Backpack

Daddy has a buzz backpack and you LOVE to wear it. You see it in his closet and ask for it all the time. It is just about as tall as you.

Long weekend

After dropping off my parents we went down south for the day to hang out with some friends. We got there early and ran around first checking out the place. I wish I had my good camera but in this case, the Iphone will do.

Grandparents Visit

I have some more photos to post but these are a few from the fun Labor Day weekend visit.

Grandparents spoiled you rotten and I was so happy you were healthy during this visit. You got an early birthday present that you ask for every day when you wake up "Ride Bike?" Over and over. You would ride it all day if you could. I laugh because you can't even reach the peddles but you push it fred flinstone style.

you are my unwilling subject most of the time. I had about 5 minutes to snap photos and got these. I just had to have a close up and a 1/2 or full body. These will do ;)

The Farm

Another set of photos I didn't color correct. Oh well... you are cute enough that you don't need it!

Went to the farm to pick some fruit and veg. You were a trooper and consumed more strawberries than we left with. They animals intrigued you and you left no stone unturned.  Can't wait to visit again later this year.

they say time flies but until I had you I had not idea how fast it was really going to move.

This shot is from a year ago on our trip to London. A year ago we packed you up and took you for an overseas adventure. I would do it again in a heartbeat and will.
