Zoo

Yesterday we went to the zoo. Miles loves animals and being outside so this was a homerun.

I am really not a fan of stuffed animals. They take up so much room and get dusty.

I tried to leave without one but since Miles' Nemo obsession (which has slowed thank god!) he has been really into turtles (CRUSH... DUDE!) He saw a stuffed turtle and "noggin"ed the little guy. I have to get it on video. Miles left with the turtle and was beyond thrilled.

Our Own Pool

Miles loves to play in the water table. This afternoon it warmed up so after nap we ventured out. Before I knew it, that monkey had climbed in. Oh well.

I snapped away. I am renting a lens this week to see if I likey. So far so good. It captures some great colors.

DUCKS

We went to go visit the ducks and get a few photos with a lens I am renting for the week. SO hard to photograph a 17 month old boy solo when he is just focused on watching ducks.

Either way... Miles wouldn't stop yelling at the ducks. I was cracking up. At least he is passionate.

Buttons are ruling Miles world right now. He LOVES them. My friend
Megan had a great idea that I stole. Give the kid a keyboard of his
own. Success! He loves it and brings it all over the house. Pushing
buttons with toes and fingers he is one happy boy.

Bike to the park

After nap today we took a bike rode to the park. You ate more sand and
obsessed with the bouncy chair.

Miles says his name! not the best video but you get the idea. he goes "ROCO ROCO ROCO!!" he loves it. started the other day. Roscoe runs and hides. Shocking

Miles has been loving playing in the car. We were a few minutes early today for play gym so he decided he was going to drive us.

Music

Miles has a new word. MUSIC... doesn't sound too much like it but I know what he is saying. He also has learned the sign for it and is using that at times. Either way I want to eat him up
