Pirate monkey yogurt mustace

Ready to fly

Baby mug shot

Asleep in the bassnet

Didn't last long but he did sleep there. Instead he slept in mom's
arms most of the time. That flight went so well though. My little man
did great.

Top Teeth and more

Miles,

Last night you didn't sleep well. Out of the ordinary for you. This morning you had crazy drool and and such a runny nose that I just can't stop laughing at your nose as it is a running faucet.

I finally got to sneak a peak in your mouth. You hate this but I can work the angles. I hang you upside down. You giggle giggle giggle and mommy can see how things are coming along in that little mouth. I spy with my little eye, 2 little top teeth cutting the gums this morning.

Now it makes sense why you have so much other stuff going on. Hope you finish teething before our overseas travel extravaganza on Wednesday. If not, it's nothing we can't handle!

Packed your stuff for our trip today. Challenging considering that quantity of stuff a little one needs. The portable crib is really what takes up the bulk of the weight/room. I am so glad we got that Phil and Ted travel bed. I don't know what we would do without it.

Beyond that I have pack the essential stuff for you as I am sure we will be able to pick things up for you around the corner from where we are staying. I have more than enough diapers to get us there and a few extra just in case.

I have given up on stressing out over the travel. It takes the fun out of vacation. It also is something that is silly considering the effort it takes to stress out doesn't do a darn to change the outcome.

I have packed your Monkey, milk and a few bottles. That is all you really need to be happy.

Love you more oodles than noodles,

Mama

10 Months

Happy 10 Months Miles!

Today you are 10 Months old. You clock in at 22 pounds. Your crawly skills are honed.
You now own a passport. In a few weeks you will take your longest flight yet to England.

Eating has been challenging because sometimes you don't want to eat off the spoon. You are full of puffs and cheese. Sometimes we get to sneak in other stuff. Gave you apples yesterday and you loved them.

Laughing more and more at me being silly. At times it seems you laugh out of pure joy.

You tackle the stairs head on and can go up the flights without help. Need to learn to go down them now.

Mama, Ball, Baba are some of your favorite words. You sign DOG and wave all the time. Your top 2 teeth need to show up or give up because you are teething/uncomfortable.

This past month you have become Mama's boy and it is getting harder and harder to leave with the tears flowing down.

Now you can mimic sounds and if we stick our tongue out at you, you do the same.

Your feet are still to chubby for shoes much to your daddy's disappointment.
