JACK QUIST LEMLEY

I was lucky enough to take pictures of the newest Lemley family addition when Jack was only 4 days old. I have taken about 3 weeks to sort through the pictures. Finally time to share some with you.

I am still figuring out a lot about my lens and camera. The only way to do this is shoot! So shoot I did. It was so much fun with a baby that doesn't move at lighting speed. Jack was an angel during the whole shoot. Hard not to want another when this squishy boy smelled so good and was insanely easy.

It is hard not to capture the pure love and innocence that is a newborn. I think there are a few keepers in the bundle I shot.

Jack, welcome to the world. You are lucky to have some amazing people in your life. Megan, welcome to the love that comes with being the mother of a little boy.

Book Arrived!!!

This made my day. This book is 2x as thick as the previous two.

Testing recipe #2

Birthday worthy? Icing turn out yummy buy cake was okay. Might use
this as an alternate to frost the cinnamon cupcakes.

Tooth #5 is creeping in. Saw it yesterday. Still haven't been able to get a photo of it yet.

Another year older and I have never felt luckier. I don't know about
you but I don't dread this old age thing, I am inspired by it.

Evan you are such a strong man. You are passionate and love so fully.
Always laughing and never boring, you fill my life with surprise and
smiles. Your love for miles is something that makes me melt. I have a
crush on you all over again.

Own Set

Miles has his own set of keys. He has had them For a while now.
It just makes life easier. He can open the door when mommy's hands are full or let himself in when I am late to pick him up from daycare. A turn key child the ride old age of 11 months. Now that he is walking a bit more, why not.

But really, they are the perfect toy as he always wants MY keys and gets upset when they are taken away. This and the old sidekick phone I kept have been amazing toys.

It is the simple things.

I think we can say he is walking now

Birthday Time is almost here

Been planning and trying to not go too over the top but I love this little guy too much to not want to give him the world. All he really needs are a few bouncy balls and space to run and he is a happy boy.
